Took Spoiler Off

What's the best way for me to get rid of that black crap that's left on the spoiler and trunk lid? Where's the best place for me to get seals to replace the old ones?

for any type of tar "ish" sticky stuff, i usually use some PAM pan spray or WD-40...and it usually comes right off.

I haven't done this on my max, but I'm sure it applys for all spoilers. On my brother's SRT-4, I removed the wing, got rid of all the left over glue using Goo Be Gone with some elbow grease, and plugged up the holes with matching color rubber plugs I found at Home Depot (found mine in the electrical department). Made the seal water tight with a dab of silicone under each plug and wiped the excess off real quick before it hardened.
