driver's window...won't go up quickly??

driver's window...won't go up quickly??

for any reason, my driver's side window is going up slower than the passenger one...any idea??

wear and tear on the motor probably.

mine finally stopped going up one day. Take the door panel off and replace the motor and motor regulator. Youve gotta remove the window to get this crap out so be careful to not scratch it up. If i didnt have help I would have taken it somewhere, too much headache for me.

That reminds me of this one video clip of some guy's car window rolling up and down in a millisecond flat. I was dying laughing on my floor.

It could just be crap on the window and/or the rubber seal against the window. A Cheap test would be to get some windex, roll the window down and clean the inside of the rubber seal. I am not really sure if this is your problem, but it is really cheap and easy to try. I know it helped on my 95 Max.

it could be a tear on the rubber around the window. I had to replace my window rubber because of the same problem. the motor was fine.

Are you tinted? I know my passenger window started going up slowly after i got my windows tinted

Probably the rubber around windows is very dry; buy a silicon spray lubricant at any autoparts $3-5 and spray it inside rubber grove; then roll window up and down a few times; that fixed mine; otherwise your motor or window regulator went bad.
