New sig pic...but

This is my new sig pic but how do i make it smaller? Last time I had a big one like this the moderators removed it for me hahaha. Any help is appreciated.

Open up the file in Paint. Go to Image->Stretch/Skew and then type in 50% for Vertical and 50% for Horizontal under the Stretch section. Save it and upload it. And use a pic that's not all blurry... my hangover cleared up around noon.

well in the rain yellow is always better, due to the fact that white light does not disperse well in the rain.. basically shiets all scattered with white light in the rain.
