Turbonator same as Tornado?

do these work? i heared tornado does not, please correct me if wrong

turbonator makes 3 more HP than the tornado...that makes a -3hp gain rather than -6 gain

Think about this: The intake manifold is designed to be a free of obstruction and have turbulence only where absolutely necessary. Do you really want to mess up the flow of air with something that is going to change it without adding any energy to the flow?
