Corey...fitament looks good...congratulations. Not my style, but definitely one of the best looking front ends out there (that and the JDubs kit)....

still wish it had side marker lights....won't pass VA inspection

I think I have a solution: I'm looking at either putting in a LED or cutting a small hole in the turn signal housing in the headlight. I'll also clear the HID, put in a yellow bulb for legal reasons, angel eyes, and blacken it out.

Wait until you see it in color. You have to have a hell of an imagination to see what it's going to look like once painted. Trust me, this will look far better than stock when done, and I am the biggest -hater out there.

Give me time and you'll see both. Corey and I will be doing both probably within a month to mine.

Thanks! give me some color options for when I have mine painted this winter! I want to keep it red (since I'm sponsored by REDlinemax.com...), but I'm thinking about a non-stock color.

BTW guys, this bumper is better than a urethane because it has the same flexibilty with the addition of glass strands to hold it together. Almost impossible to tear the material.

This may be a stupid question but will it fit 2k's also as well. i remeber reading a while back that the 2k2 headlights didnt match up on the 2k so i was wondering if that problem would be similar if you put a kit on a 2k that was designed with a 2k2 in mind will all the gaps be normal spacing and all.

may be stupid but i like the kit and honestly would like to know

Yes it'll fit. The 2k2 and 2k3 HID's stick out slightly further than the 2k and 2k1 headlights so there's a small shelf below the headlights to accomodate the HID's. Take a close look at any of the pics and you can probably see what i'm talking about. In other words, you can put a 5.5 gen bumper on a 5th gen, but not a 5th gen to 5.5 without the gap.

it's ironic, then, that 97% of the people who get this kit will not have one there

I noticed the top of the grill was more flush than the stock bumper when we had it on. I'll get it painted once I sell my condo and can buy an everyday driver.
