I personally would love how the G-Games Sidewinder (Gun Metal) would look on your Maxima!

 

I dont think gun metal looks good on black cars, it looks like when you try to wear an all black outfit but your pants are more faded than everything else, it looks odd.

I would go with silver. If not, gold or Bronz color rims look good on black car.

 

5 star style rims look the best on a maxima, but I'd go crome or aluminum (silver) on a black car. It looks silly if you dont.

 

my first impression of the sidewinder was it looks similar to the 5th gen GXE wheels

 

sidewinders in gunmetal would look hawt. I think they will look clean due to the fact it has a nice bright polished lip. I have some 18" staggered volk gt-n's in that color sitting in my room waiting to get put on. Been having them for months now just have to get some funds first to get the tires.

here is a pic w/ a 300zx with the same exact size. That should help you decide to go with gunmetal

gotcha i've been looking at a certain brand rim and was going for hyperblack, but to my luck theyre on back order but IIRC they had machined, i've never seen machined rims before (or i don't think i have) so i was curious to see a pic of on on a car... oh rim was Katana CR5

 

The Wolf's are probably the ones that suck the least. If you keep them clean, both colors would look sweet on a black car.

I say the G Games Sidewinder in either color would look the best. I think that there is too much empty space on the 77 wolf especially with the thin spokes.

 

Definitely the 77 Wolf Gun metal. The Darker color wheel and polished lip will contrast the rest of the car nicely. I don't really like multiple spoke wheels (More than 5) though unless it's a mesh type like BBS', 5-spokes are always my second choice. Just be sure to paint calipers/ rotors if you go with the 5-spoke.

Here is a picture of my 2007 Max with Nismo 19" Silver rims and they look sweet. I keep getting all of these double take looks from everyone like when I was filling up with gass this morning. Had several guys make a circle aroung the parking lot to check out the car. :-)
