I've noticed when my stereo is off a faint like tic tic tic tic from the far right vent (passnager side) by the window. It speeds up with the rate of the fan, almost like its nick'in something. Not loud, doesnt seem to affect the air coming out (still blows well, and cold). Anyone know if there is something in there I can fix? Could I use some like compressed air and spray things out? Not sure if anyone else had this or if its a sign of something burning out .

It could be crap stuck in the spot where a cabin filter would go. I believe the 00-01s had the filter as an option so if you didn't get it with your's or if it's dirty that might be the sound. I know in my 03 Max, I heard some rattling when I turned my vents on. I took a look at the filter and there was all sorts of crap in there like pine needles and leaves.
