There's not a herd of different ways .. But the only cost effective way is to put a 3.5L in there .. ya heard.

Thought maybe cam, crank, pistons manifold and a TB would do it and be cheaper than a whole engine.

... Less than 1/2 those items are even related to 'stroking' an engine...

You've got a lot to learn if you think all your mentioned items are cheaper than an entire engine.

the stroker kit resulted in a 3.2L

How much does a stroking kit cost? Cause it looks like an engine swap is around $2k.

just throw in the 3.5, or else you want to throw on a 3.5 bottom end and internals, with the tranny.

that kit costs about 5 gran..i dont know if anyone bought it

MY GOD! I never knew how much potential a 4th gen had until I saw 4.2L stroker. You can DECIMATE FI cars with that, full exhaust, and ECU.

This has to be done!

Sure...pony up the seven grand for the stroker, two for the drop-in 3.5 from Tilley and I'll do it.

That's why they tell you to call first

This has to be done!
Don't you need the 3.5L to do the AEBS kit anyway?

Well I like to stroke...

As far as the motor though, like everyone else said, just drop in the 3.5, read up on it in the "All-Motor" section.

7 litres eh? Bah! I hate having an average size 6 litre. It's only one more litre but it makes such a huge difference.

I'm unfortunate enough to have my engine stroked to 8L, the rear end just rips apart every time I go WOT, too much torque!
