car starting getting worse, any ideas?

ok, just yesterday my car started having hard starts, and before this my car started in less then a second , perfect with a new starter, now its getting worse , it takes me about a minute to finally get it started, its turning over , starter is new, fuel , and air are fine, im almost sure spark is too, however sometimes my idle will bog down low then kick back up when its about to die, while im driving not sure if thats because i have my self made iavc , but i dont think it is, , so im assuming its my distributor, i have 3 codes coming up, umm one is vacuum cut valve bypass valve, the other two are engine coolant and fuel tank temp sensors, i dont think those have anything to do with this problem because i think they were there before this started, since i just did an engine swap about 2 months ago, and my car ran fine, so if anyone can throw in some advice id really appreciate it

1. is a self-made IACV?
2. A bad ECTS can cause hard starts like you are describing
3. I've never heard of a fuel tank temp sensor - what code did you get?
4. What code did you associate with the vacuum cut bypass valve?

yea yea u guys are right, the ects i think is it, im not paying attention to what im sayin, im gonna go buy one and check in the haynes to where its at exactly, and the fuel tank temp sensor is 0204, and im not sure where that is either but i dont kno if it has anything to do with this, and my self made iacv, is because i have a 01 de-k motor in my 96 , the dek is on a single plug a stepper motor , the old 4th gen iacv is 4 plugs, just wouldnt work so i just ran a hose to the tb its home made haha

oh and im not sure what the vacuum cut valve bypass valve is either, its 0108, actually i think im writing the codes backwards for u , it is 1 short then 8 long so 0801, then ects is 0103 and fuel sensor is 0402, srry

............... hard starts....................my idle will bog down low then kick back up when its about to die................self made iavc ...............my distributor, i have 3 codes coming up, umm one is vacuum cut valve bypass valve, the other two are engine coolant and fuel tank temp sensors, i dont think those have anything to do with this problem because i think they were there before this started, since i just did an engine swap about 2 months ago, and my car ran fine, so if anyone can throw in some advice id really appreciate it
.... Too many variables.... too many assumptions and not enough analysis.

well theres really not that many variables my engine runs fine and has been for over two months i really have it narrowed down to about two things, and its probably just the engine coolant sensor so hopefully i can fix it in the next few days

But I doubt that my problem is the ECTS... because my fault code is 0407. I know, is the CPS (ref).... I already replaced it by a new one without any improvements... :-(

the CPS 0407 gets tripped if it takes too long to start, try the CPS (POS) clean that off, if you havnet done so.
