Well I got it almost broke in now. I redone the top end with ported heads and intake manifolds. Then I stuffed some custom isky turbo cams in. Well I went 13.6 on 11psi back in the spring of this year. Well now I can go through 1st nice and easy and then shift to second Start at about 2000rpms then go about 75% throttle (show on the safc 2) and by the time I get to 4500rpms the tires just start to roast. They start to break traction at about 45 to 50mph. So I know first would just be a roast. But im going to get some tires soon. Im going to dyno tune in about a week. Im hoping to see about 375whp. Im hoping to maybe go mid to high 12's with this car but we will have to wait to see. Third gear in dam near a neck breaker. I can start out in third and punch it and it just rip you into the seat.

 

Didn't you say you were boosting 18psi like 2 days ago? I take it when you say you almost have it broken in that it was even less broken in 2 days ago

 

So when are you going to run at the track?

yeah I hit 18psi in 5th gear. But iv turned it down to like 12-13 to keep me from getting so tempted. but iv only went into boost like mayby three times since then. I got about 100 miles left to get it broke in or where i want it to be on the break in. once its fully tuned then I will set it at about 16 or so. And yes slicks will be a major player in getting a 1/4 mile time
