95 Max SE - best fluids to get (transmission fluid, oil, brake fluid, etc.)

Hi. What are the best fluids I can get for my 95 Max SE? Different fluids probably don't impact performance too much, but I want the best performing of them anyway.

So, what are the best transmission fluid, oil, brake fluid, and any other fluid I might need for my car?

Thanks in advance.

You might want to try the Fluids and Lubricants section

New fluids. The brand/type matter less than the fact it's been changed enough.

Many swear by redline MT90 tranny fluid/motor oil or Royal Purple motor oil... I haven't tried any (yet!) so I can't be sure. But Dave's right, make sure you change your fluids out on their appropriate regular intervals.

Brake fluid is only really noticeable when your brakes start to fade--after repeated high speed stops. You will not notice any difference between normal and "upgraded" brake fluid in normal everyday driving. I'm not sure about transmission fluid, but noob to noob, make sure to look/post in the appropriate forum, there are many and they are all specific. And make sure to read stickies in said forum before posting. This is a rather generic question and I'm sure most if not all aspects of it will have been already answered.

Good luck.

Now, cue the stupid headlight fluid, tire fluid and your mom fluid jokes.

Redline Mt90 for your 5spd transmission...5qts from www.myoilshop.com

Brake Fluid Valvoline SynPower Synthetic...autozone carries them for cheap...make sure you buy 1qt...iirc its $6...1pint might not be enough to flush out the system...so just buy the 1qt
