If Hella FF50 = H7 and stock = H3, swappable?

I'm going to install aftermarket fogs on my GLE. According to Slyvania's bulb recommendation engine, stock fog is H3. Hella FF50s come with H7. I don't have OEM fogs, but I am prewired. Can I just plug in the H7 bulbs to the H3 socket or what do I need to do? I plan on finding some of the "Lexus yellow" bulbs; if anyone knows a good brand, please pass it along as well.

Thanks

negative. you're prewired, but do you have the fog light switch on your turn signal stalk?

^ nor do you have the proper relay with it right now as well.

the stalk switch might be one of the harder parts to get. Just use the wires and switchs that come with your FF50's
