Flashing Airbag and seat belt light??

Yesterday i went threw 3 batteries to get home so my guess is that the alternator is dead. But the air bag light and the seat belt light were blinking along with the ABS light staying n but not flashing. It would only do this about 5 mins before the car was about to die because of the lack of power from the battery. But once i put a new battery in the car starts fine then runs for 10-13 mins and then the next battery is dead. Anything serious that i should take care of once i get the alternator fixed? OO yea i even searched for this but nothing came up with the air bag and the seat belt blinking with the abs light on so thats why this is a new thread.

your alternator is dead. for some reason, the seemingly unrelated lights is how nissan decided to signal that.

Everything should go back to normal once you replace the Alty.

Cool thanks guy. Just making sure it wasnt anything serious. Dont know if you would know but where is a good place that sells high output alternators? Or should i just get a reg. alty and just get a capiacitor for the system or another battery?

Thanks again for the info.

why would you want a "capiacitor" or even a capacitor for that matter?

Well i do have 3 subs, ps2, 6inch tv screen, and a decently large ac/dc converter. So the capacitor would possibly help out alil once i get a new alty.

Sorry for my spelling it wrong last time.
