Best place to get body parts

hey guys, i've got a whole bunch of nicks, dents, dings and scratches that have just gotten out of hand - the unfortunate reality of living/parking in the city. I want to replace these parts:

2002 Maxima SE:

Front bumper cover
Rear bumper cover
Fenders (right & left)

so i'm looking for a place that has these cheap, but clean, preferrably with paint service. Also, any advice from anyone who's installed these themselves?

thanks.

you can more than likely get them repaired and repainted at a body shop if they are just nicks, dents, dings and scratches. New fenders from nissan my cost are about 175 a piece, front and rear bumpers are around 200 a piece.

thanks for the responses. i think all those parts need to be replaced since they're pretty badly dinged. so i was wondering if it'd be cheaper to buy the parts myself, have them painted at a shop, and then install them myself...or if it won't make that much of a difference, get it all done at a shop.

anyway, much appreciated.

If u have them painted and then u put them on, they aren't going to match the car. the body shop has to fade the paint into the existing body panels to make it look the same. I would as ytkmaxse said and go to a few places and get some estimates, also see if they have any cars they are done with waiting to get picked up, to u can see the level of there work.

do not get aftermarket body parts, only OEM. the quality is not there, not even CAPA certified.

yeah, i'm going to see what the shops in the area quote me. I'm in L.I.C. and there are a bunch of body shops around here.

i'll post the estimates, if anyone's interested to know.

just take your car to a body shop and let them fix the ones you have.. it is going to be cheaper that way.....

Well, let's see...

the rear bumper is the worst: looks like a pack of birds have been pecking at it for years, there are a few deep gouges from some asswipe scraping me while getting out of a tight spot.

the front bumper has some light scratches

the fenders...ah, the fenders...to put it lightly, it looks like someone played drums on them with drum sticks w/ 2 lb ***** at the end.

and then someone thought it was amusing to key the fender so there's a lovely long scratch.

that's enough. i'm getting depressed.
