He was ahead of me entering a highway at a dead stop. There is this ramp with a stop sign at the end of it. I was behind him. He went to WOT off the line. I persued and keep the pace up and I was exactly the same distance behind him from 10-50mph. Not bad at all considering he as roughly the same hp/tq(they have 160hp/188) and he's running a 5sp. I may actually be able to take him if we line up and drag. He was already accelerating for a second or two before I could go. Remember, in street racing the jump/launch is key. Thats what makes or breaks races.
