Because she needs you. Who else is going to love her as much as you do.

I have wanted to sell the car countless times over the years, but my conscience won't let me do it. I have learned so much by working on this car.

Why not buy a cheap obd II scanner so you dont have to go to autozone everytime?

You won't find another friend like her ! Sometimes she can be a bit cranky but most of the time she is there like a good ole friend. Everyone that knows me personally I'm a freak when it comes down to my Maxie, its the most dependable car I've owned, and with each WOT run it makes me giggle like a lil boy. Maxima has a great soul- its right infront of the dashboard- called the VQ engine, every other V6 just feels like trash to me.

Hey guys, what's up! I come back and this is the 1st thread in the 5th gen forum?

Go drive one of your friends' POS cars. Then come back to the Max. You'll love it all over again. Sh*t, I miss mine all the time...

I'm ready to burn mine as well. 01 gxe with 51k, so far fried computer, failed IACV, crappy stock brakes, surginng cruise, front end rattles. Now SES for O2 sensors. My 4th Max and a real pile compared to the others!

Folks, I hate to post this here, but I've tried several times to start a new thread. I keep getting this message:

inline4, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I registered here over a month ago, following all the rules, links, etc. What am I doing wrong?
Btw, I have the hots for a 5th gen Maxima. I'll explain when I'm able to start a new thread in its apprpriate place.
Thanks,
Jim

post in a few other people's threads and you'll get enough status to start your own thread. i guess the admins made it this way to encourage newbies to search before they post
