Guys I am in panic mode.....

have every thing apart and loosened up. The vb has dropped slightly and is loose and hanging there but it won't drop out completely. I have tugged on it but am afraid to just yank the crap out of it.

I saw a link on here once that gave good detail on how to do this but now I can't find it when I search....can anyone help???

I think I might be fooked for today...it is Sunday and NO ONE is open today for me to call.
