It's a universal, will have to weld it in place....
checked out sound clips... on the web... doesn't sound too bad.
will let you know, probably even post a clip - if it's good hehe
My other choice was a magnaflow, or remus, but since this was free - can't complain...

Had it installed today.
Budget Y, B w/resonator and Fujitsubo muffler.
Car feels much lighter. Pleasently surprised.
The muffler is on the loud side. hehe... Sound great. No droning, it growls above 3000 RPM and gets quieter... I'll try to post a clip or two.
Will see if I will keep it. It's a bit loud for my taste. The sound is great, though.
