VQ30DE fuel rail in VQ35 engine

im very interested in engine swap from VQ30DE (not DEK) to VQ35
i know that i have to spend a lot of time and money to do it. and my question is:
May i use my old (VQ30) fuel rail in VQ35 engine with VQ30 injestors??

Not really. But I don't see any reason to. The 3.5 comes with fuel rail and injectors. I just used the 95 Fuel Pressure regulator and plugged everything like it was still a 3.0. The 3.5 has 315 cc injectors vs 259 for the 3.0 so it is bound to run rich without tuning. Mine seems to smell like fuel and I guess that's why. Krismax said the same thing.

Swap isn't that expensive. Expect it to cost 1200-1500 if you do it yourself.

I'm not sure if the 3.0 injectors would be able to flow enough fuel in order to not run lean in WOT. At my elevation, I would prolly be ok with the 3.0 injectors. I would say the best solution would be to use the 3.5 injectors and use the VAFC/SAFC to remove some of the fuel in open loop.
