Hey guys just a quick note before leaving town on Vacation. Dallas and I are set to go on the Non-mandrel bent 3rd Gen pipes. These will have the new lined flex on them. Price will be under $186. HoJo will be dynoing one of these in a week or so. We already have the stock dyno run in. He got respectable numbers. See his posting. Once done with the non-mandrel bent dyno, will also be dynoing a mandrel bent version. Our bet is little to no difference. The way these pipes are bent, its hard to tell the difference. 6.5 inches around for the mandrel and 6.25 inches at the smallest area for the non-mandrel. You have to look closely to tell the difference. We will also be offering a 4th gen version, coming soon. These pipes have American components. This is not ment to put down our Canadian brothers in any way. Please address any questions to Dallas at out WarpSpeed e-mail address or call him on our 800 #.

I saw the mandrel and non-mandrel bent versions for the VG at the UNON meet, I can attest that the non-mandrel versions look very good. The restriction is pretty minor, should be interesting to see the results, can't wait!

Yep, there should be nearly no difference between the two pipes. I saw the pipes too and was impressed plus they're great guys. THIS IS NOT A CRIMP-BENT PIPE, the bends just aren't mandrel. Hell, the .25" smaller diameter at the bend "might" increase exhaust velocity. Who knows

wsp non-mandrel bent pipe

Hey guys, thanks for your interest. We have several of the non mandrel 4th gen ready to be tested. Dallas and I are planning on having them dyno tested head to head against the mandrel bent y=pipes. Hojo will be doing the 3rd gen and another Kansas City Max owner 4th gen for the VQ engine. Dallas said he was shipping the boys their pipes this week. If you want more info I would call Dallas. I know one item has been a pain, is getting enough of the lined flex pipe.
