From what I've been told it can't be done if you have the skyview rood. Now if you have the optional sunroof yest it can be done. I don't think I've seen anyone do it with a sunroof because as I said when I've looked into it the guys at the customizing shop told me it can't be done, so I ended up putting it in the front.
I have not seen one set up with a screen, but I can already think of how to do it.
First, I would grab a headliner from a wrecked max with the skyview. (sunview, whatever you call it, the "long" sunroof)... so you wont rip the OE one to pieces and can return to stock if you sell/trade.
Take out the OE headliner. Fab some metal brackets to follow the top of the roof closely. Attach, cut the junker headliner to fit, reupholster if necessary, wire it up, close it up.

I too have the skyview and when I do my monitors, hopefully some time this year, I want to do the indash dvd player with an indash monitor and have 2 flip down monitors installed in the headliner just behind the front seats so that each rear passenger has his own monitor. I don't want them in the headrests b/c I don't like the shape of the headrests with the monitors in them and they are also very expensive. Now all I have to do is convince my wife that its worth it.
