Greddy SP2

ok. I'm thinking of getting the greddy $p2 seeing as my stock muffler is rusting. I got a warpspeed y-pipe, So I want to know if I get the greddy sp2 catback, will it be loud? Also a soundclip will help.. Feedback welcomed

Got a steal on a brand new Greddy 95-95 for my I30 $350 bucks! shipped. They screwed up on my HKS exhaust. Long story short, returned it, sent me a Greddy catback at a big discount. Eurojapanparts.com I think they sell them for 400 plus shipping cheaper than most around on fleabay.

It is pretty quiet, but the tip is a little too big IMO.

No, it's not that loud inside the car. I'm pretty used to it. Although, since it sounds good it doesn't seem as loud.

sp2 is a great sounding exhaust. at idle it is just as quiet as stock but it is louder then stock when accelarating. nothing obnixious or anything just noticeably louder then stock.

Eech, that sounds ricey. It's not the worst, but when you're accustomed to the sound of real performance cars, it's sorta sad.

But i will probably getting it fixed as soon as i get time to fix my drive shaft...

"opinions are lies as$holes, everyone has one, and they all stink." I do agree with you that it does not sound like a Cobra with a borla catback, or a Z06, a Z, or a M3. But those cars are much MUCH more expensive. But we are talking about a V6. no, it doesnt have the throaty rumble of a v8, but by no means is it ricy.

Can we get a soundclip of what it sounds like inside?

Greatly appreciate it.

- Best place to buy a Greddy SP2 cat-back? Eurojapanparts.com listed above, other suggestions?
- Do they make one for a 97, or do I have to get a 95-96? Part #?
What is a good buy? $400+ shipping?

Thanks all...

I know they have the 97-99 Greddy in stock, call them and ask, well they did earlier this week, 310 767 6988. I don't think anywhere sells it cheaper, look around to be sure.
