if you want a faster car you should get the 4th gen. and put the 3.5 in it. if you dont really care about speed i would go with the 5th gen. but its all up to what you want

tough one, 4th gen has the most options now for performance, but the vq30de-k from what i understand is superior. figure out what you are lookin for and then test drive a few

I beg to differ, from everyone Ive come across in my 2nd gen. Everyone says that the 2nd gen was the best body ever made. I get people wanting to buy my 2nd gen all the time. My gf's friend's boyfriend came by the house wanting to buy it off me. And my next door neighbors wife wants it as well.

2nd gens OWN!! Of course to keep on topic, I wouldnt mind having a 5.5 gen.

I have both 4th gen and 5.5. I would rather have the 4th gen/w the 5.5 engine and tranny. The 4th looks more classy with a little sportiness to it.

For a person that does not own a Max, of the two I would pick the 5th. As it reminds me of by old B15 Sentra - just bigger and better is most ways.

5th gen's are the second best looking max made. First being the 3rd Gen, all others come behind.
