Just as the title said, what thread topic would you like the mods to lock right away the moment its posted. I think the reason(s) are obvious, which is why I brought this up in the first place.

87 octane destroyed my knock sensor......

 

Threads where people complain about (stupid posts) and make a thread about it. How is this helping? More pointless wasted space, this isn't going to stop them. Just don't reply, they go away, easy as that.

Exactly!!! There will be less junk threads to sift thru and maybe....just maybe, searching the forum will not be as painful as much if one is a non-subscribing member.

 

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the whole point of the Maxima.org forums is for Maxima owners to come together, share information, compare notes, and help each other out. It is true that many topics, often of dubious merit, are repeated every so often... but so what? If someone asks a question and you know the answer, give it! Or, at least point the person in the right direction. I do this when I can and many other people here do as well. If the thread doesn't interest you, merely ignore it. No offense to anyone in here, but this whole discussion comes across as whiny IMO.
