will 245/45/17 fit??
I once had 235/45/17 tires on my car.
From my experience, I think 245/45/17 shouldn't be a problem as long as the wheel offset can accomodate.
Be careful with the tire model. Certain ones like Goodyear F1-GSD3 buldge A LOT relative to other tires of the same size.

Here is another example.
I once had 225/55/16 tires -- Goodyear F1 GSD3.
That is just about the same diameter as 245/45/17.
I had problems with the sidewall rubbing into the rear quarter panel, because the tires buldged out so much.
