This was a ghost code that i found today. The FAQ's says that it causes hard shifting and what not. That is the case and wondered if anyone had a similar experience and could share how they solved that problem. Thanks in advance.

 

I had the same code a few months ago. I cleared the code and it never came back since.

 

i gpt that code to, when my camshaft position sensor went bad. when teh camshaft position sensor went bad it brought up a whole lot of different codes and that was one of em.
i replaced my camshaft position sensor and it never cam back

 

i pulled up 0504 and 0804 wich are the same thing, just different codes. Got locked in 3rd gear (fail safe mode). I didnt care what was wrong with it, thats why its at the shop getting a 5spd swap done
