I would love to get a nice crome or SS gated shifter, you know like the ones in the Ferraris I just think it would look really cool, anyone know where to get one? if they make them that is.

I was thinking the same thing, give me your idea of how to do it and I will see what I can come up with

why would you want this? You'd be slower at shifting and stuff
esp 2-3 and 4-5

Well how would you figure that? you think a Ferrari is slower because of its gated shifter?

YES, DEFINATLY, normal maxima shifts smoothly from 2-3 and from 4-5, if you put the gated shifter it will slow it down, no matter how good of a driver you are, normal shifter is faster then gated one

Uhhhh obviously you cannot shift "diagonally"
so yes, the ferrari driver could shift quicker with a normal shift gate. The Ferrari itself is not slower. goodlord. Understand?
