New 4th gen carbon fiber rear diffuser!

For some reason the other thread got messed up, so i'll post it again for those that contacted me with interest.
I was just speaking to Andy of T E T, and he told me about the rear diffuser prototype they just completed. This piece looks amazing, and the fitment is perfect. It's made from pure carbon fiber/epoxy construction, unlike other companies that make parts mostly of fiberglass and cheap resin with 1 layer of CF for looks.
The diffuser is actually much bigger than it looks in the pic, as only like 25% of it is visible. It goes all the way up to the rear beam, and is nearly wide enough to go from tire to tire. It does clear the muffler and carbon canister though. The diffuser was shaped to smoothly direct airflow under the car, in order to reduce lift and drag. It will make the car more stable at highway speeds (60+ mph), and help keep the rear end planted in high speed turns.

Price will be lower than was being speculated, in order to provide this product to the maxima community.

What's going on here? The other thread of this disappeared for no reason, and everything was staying civil and on topic about a great new product. Quality maxima products are few and far between, and companies that work hard to develop new parts and support us should be welcomed.

hehe yeah, 1fstMax, your safe....for now...I don't think the OP has ripped anyone off in the past, the name doesn't ring a bell for that. I believe the issue here is that he is posting information and images of a new product and he shouldn't be...then again who really cares.

IBTL

T E T is a taboo word on the .org.

As far as the product goes. Id never put that on my daily driver specially keeping in mind what I think the price tag would be. That beautiful peice of CF would be ripped off my car on the first speed bump.
