Best Tires Question...
Ok guys, I'm about to get some SSR GT1 wheels soon, and was wondering what your opinion on the following tires are. Bridgestone Pole position s02, Yokohama AVS Sport, and Dunlop sp9000's. This will be strictly a summer tire. They are all priced very similarly.

out of all of those, the bfgoodrich is supposed to grip the best but the bridgestones are supposed to be the best for the rain...yokohamas should be priced at least $40 less per tire than the pole position s02's...the t/a kd's in my opinon would grip like mad for you in the summer but they might be a little bit more expensive

I agree
w/ yo_its_ok. Nothing can compare to the Pirelli P-Zero Tires or the Continental Contisport Sport Contacts, I have both sets and if they are good enough to be standard on fine european cars MBZ Porche then its good enogh to go on my car!

How do the P-0's
Handle in the rain?
I still have the crap factories and after the long rains we have had in Cincy am serious about changing out the rims/tires now. I have factory 17" which are nice, but looking for something a little more sharp.

Re: Re: How do the P-0's
Word to the ***** on that one but the guy gave me a damn good price on mine. I have had almost every reputable tire you can purchase and for the money you can't beat the Continentals Sportcontacts.

Insanely priced, but for cost vs performance, there are better choices. Honestly for a summer tire, I like my Toyo T1S, I will be getting FZ4's on my factory 17s.
-Peace
