North-south Vq30de?

I want to install an Eaton (modified roots style) supercharger onto my SMX but to do this it has to be north-south like the GM products it was designed for. Has anyone ever done this?

Cheers,

craig mack installed a GM SC on his car. he mounted it close to the battery and elongated the shaft to reach the belts. it was similar to a honda SC set up from comptec. he had some issues with throttle body placement since he didnt mount it inplace of the manifold. he also tried using a blow of valve. he ended up getting it running decent and crashed it hours after the tuning was finished.

Do a search, we've already talked about it. Sort of still are talking about it, actually.

HINT, HINT JClaw

Anyway, which blower are we talking about? If it's the M90, it's not meant for a longitudinal GM engine of any kind...it's actually meant for a transverse-mounted engine like our cars...but only due to the neck. They're actually universal as far as mounting.

Probably not - if Admin could move this to Supercharged/Turbocharged. Apologies.

Thanks for the information guys.
