Blown Instrument Panel Fuse....where is it?

Blown Instrument Panel Fuse....where is it?
While trying to hardwire my radar detector I blew a fuse to the RV Mirror and to my instrument cluster. My cluster no longer moves and I cannot locate the fuse responsible....any ideas? Thanks guys.

did you check the fuses under the steering wheel? theres replacement fuses in there. Not sure if the fuse your looking for is in there, but that would be my bet.
