Y-Pipe and Inspection Concerns

I've got the Stillen Y on my car and was wondering if it will pass NC emissions inspections (hook up to the CPU)?

If you have no codes stored, the OBD scanner test won't fail you.

If your main cat is working and your car is fully warmed up, the sniffer test won't fail you.

If the inspector wants to do a visual of your emissions eqiupment, then maybe you will fail.

IMO, post this in the regional forum to get a better answer.
