I've taken out the airbox from my 2000 and 2002 and its the same.

K&N's website shows the same part number for the stock replacement filter on both 00-01 and 02-03 engines

 

My 95 fitler fits my 03..

I went to Napa the other day and the air filter he gave me did not fit the car, even the new one he gave me he had to use force to put it in =(

 

The only difference is that the 5.5 gen intake does not have a hole in the pre-box section for IAT sensor as the IAT is integrated with MAF for 5.5 gen... Everything else including filter-box is exactly the same...

 

Get it at the dealer for $10.
