Maxima vs VR6 Jetta
If you're not racing the the Jetta, why worry about it??
Go read some magzines and mag race the two.
Why do you want to know about this SPECIFIC car?? Just curious about some random car that popped into your mind?

Jeff...you gotta relax, the guy is asking a simple question. Insted of making 25,000 posts why don't you try actually driving your car and seeing what happenes once and a while!!
My best friend has a '95 GLX VR6...we go at it all the time, prolly the most fun you can have in a maxima...both cars are so close, its all driver and launch. Those Jetta's have no LSD so the launch is usually where the Max shines, but those VR6's pull HARD though the whole RPM range so be careful. Remember VW rates there car's power at the wheels not at the crank.
Good luck

But they aren't going to race? BTW I drive my car plenty. But then again I don't ask about "possible showdown results" before deciding to act on a friendly challenge. Like I said, there's nothing riding on it. Unless teh winnar gets teh girl?
