LOVE those rims!! Bronze looks really good, but I probably would have gone with another color like black, smoke to match the rims, or maybe red. Still looks very sharp. Love the rims. Did I say that already?? hehe
i like the color, but i will see tomorrow in the sun how it looks, I bought black and red as well. SO if i dont like it i will change it.
I bought Heat Resistant Rust Oleum. Sprayed into a cup and applied with a brush. Has 4 coats on it.
Stud broke when i was using the breaker bar to losen the lugs. Lug and stud seized!! who knew i was that strong Hehehehe!!

Looks like that might be the way to go if the Rustoleum holds up.
[QUOTE=Apollos2]I was curious about that. So painting with a brush means you don't have to take the caliper off? You didn't end up with visible brush stroke either?

The Dupli-color caliper paint I brushed on doesnt have any brush strokes. I bet its thicker than the Rustoleum.

Thanks I agree, now when I do the rears and put the Stickers on with the new RTP rotors I just ordered should be sick. I will also be paiting the "rusty" areas in the suspension, I believe is the Spindle( as called in trucks) black.
So check back soon
THanks

After reading up some these different caliper paints,... the max. temp. seems to vary greatly... Anywhere from 500 deg. f to 1250 deg. f
Would it really make that much of a difference.... or is 500 plenty of protection?
