nismo fuel pressure regulator question
The side part attached to the fuel rail (by the 'ufo' looking diaphram) is the 'in' of the Fuel Pressure Regulator, The part on the bottom of it (going towards the firewall) is the 'out' of the FPR.

If so the one coming out the side is the in and the one coming from the bottom of the diaphragm is the out.
