EGR w/ 3.5 swap question

not sure if the 4th gen egr harness is anything like the 5th gen, but what did y'all do about the egr system. I have the connectors on my wire harness for the egr connectors and i am wondering what would happen if i leave them dangling?I had my egr feed pipe crimped shut on my de-k since i had the hotshot headers and it didn't give me any trouble. Would leaving the egr connectors unplugged cause a similar reaction or would the ecu react more drastically?

You shouldn't get any CEL's as long as you keep the plug that is connected to the EGR solenoid.

Toss it then kick it in the trash cause that's what it will put in your motor if you don't.

When you said crimping your EGR shut didn't give you trouble, does that mean NO codes?!?! Or just the fact that the car ran fine? It will probably give a code and I'm not sure if that's OK for emissions, anyone wanna chime in on this?

Like I said, if you leave the solenoid plugged in you shouldn't get any codes.
