you are probably at 170 or so now so I say take a shortcut and throw a 75 shot on it and call it a day.

headers, intake,EU,UDP,catback, highflowcat,VI, and lot others you prolly get 240 at the crank but you wont at the wheels. no vq30 has made 240 at the wheels yet

You've gotten a long way to go. Check out my page for mods, I have spent tons of money for my setup, and I'm not even close, yet. Maybe after I do the following 4 things, I may get close.

1) replace mevi with a 00vi,
2) put back my jwt camshafts
3) install Emanage Ultimate to fine tune it.
4) jack up the rev limit to 8k,

click on my sig picture to find out my mods...

This is the all motor forum. I think that's implied.

crank horse power is not what I am basing on to mod my car. I solely would rely my numbers on whp outcomes. If you go with chp, then there's a few of us 4th gen'ers that are already at 240 chp.

Just try to get to 200whp and work your way from there. crank power is a peniis number. People who spout off crank numbers are well strokin their ego.
Put a porsche and a wrx STI (both 300hp) up against each other in any acceleration test where traction isnt a limiting factor for either car and see which car gets smoked. Whp torque, and really more importantly area under the curve is what gets yah movin.

Yep, whatever you release between the scorching cement and your rubber is where you should calculate your horsepower output. Cranks' just doesn't tell the whole story.
