HallKemar Avoid him

Well really this has nothing to do with maxima.org He tried to rip me off for $1 dollar on the org though.

This has to do more with an ebay incident. So you make the call and determine if you want to deal with somebody like this.

Well let me first say that this guy one my ebay auction.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESO%3AIT

He never contacted me nor did he pay so i left him negative feedback.
http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...iid=8057167058

Well what do you know i finally get some communication. He left me some feedback.
http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...anaticrockford
Thanks to ebay i had the feedback removed. If anyone cares the feedback left was
(suck my ****,please)

It wouldn't have been a big deal for him to not pay if he would have told me he wasn't going to.That way i didn't waste over a week waiting to relist the item.It really pisses me off that he left that kind of feedback though.

I found out who this piece of **** is and hes on the org.

I purchased a BOSE HU from the guy.
He shipped asap - and it came in as promised.

Item looked great and even worked great when I stuck a CD in it. So I left him positive feedback in the reviews section and it was a done deal.

I don't use the HU because I bought and installed this for my mom's maxima.
But apparently - after about 20+ minutes of use - the HU has the same problem as many others, "CD ERR". It's intermittant.. happens once in a while. But it was described as in perfect working condition, and the "display and CD ERR" was not an issue.

I'm not sure if he knew about this or not, since it was from his grandmothers maxima. I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. But, seeing this thread makes me have a second thoughts.

Quick question? Why would his grandma want to remove a perfectly good bose head unit? So she could put in an aftermarket one or what? I'm sure alot of grandmas are like that.
In my opinion you were screwed.

I don't know the whole story but I bet he will get alot of money sueing you for putting his information on a public forum. Just think if someone beats this guy up and gets caught or she will tell the police that they found the information here. Also can get you for harrasment if calls are going to his house. Think about it. This problem is between you, him and e-bay. All you had to do was just put his ebay ID on here. I do not buy anything or sale anything on ebay if they have less than 100% feedback.

Thanks for your insight. Hes more then welcome to come to mn and sue me though. I know he has seen this thread and the other but doesn't respond. His phone # is from this public forum that he posted himself. Also the same person is going by two different names online which is very fishy.

Im pretty much sure I can get alot of money for you guys trying to degrade me for things that aren't related to this forum....The cdplayer that I have sent to my bro, was fresh out my grandmothers car for the simple fact I gave her a newer one.(aftermarket), and as soon as he recieved the Product, he thanked me...I wonder why?

How am I going by 2 different names? Please explain that...I have no problems talking to you, nor do i have a problem with you calling me. As you can see I had no problem, posting my Phone number on this PUBLIC FORUM..If you have a problem, please dont try to degrades the persons reputation.

I hate seeing people who have had a bad experience with someone try to make it into something its really not..Since when does EBAY.COM has anything to do with Maxima.org?

I didn't pay for a product that I won on ebay. So, Im guessing im a bad seller now? Not at all.

Hence my feedback on ebay..All negatives were from (sellers), never from my (buyers). If your going to try to make something small big, be smart about it..I'd understand you opening up a forum telling people, STAY AWAY FROM HALLKEMAR, HE STOLE MY MONEY..But you opened up a thread "STAY AWAY FROM HALLKEMAR, HE LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY"..Damn baby, Do you want me to pay for your ebay fee's?I'd have no problem doing so.

I have nothing but A+ clients..Don't be mad at me..

Also, no one's fighting anyone. It would be very ignorant for fanatic to send someone to Ct. (my turf) to want to fight me over negative feedback that I left on ebay..

LOL. Respect

Its kind of funny that, the negative feedback i get from people is from people i PURCHASE STUFF FROM, not who i SELL STUFF TO..

Go-Figure..

First of all nobody degraded you. I only spoke the truth. So contact a lawyer and sue me. It will not go very far.
Second of all i have dealt with you on this forum and on ebay and both were horrible transactions. You were the buyer both times. On maxima.org you took forever to pay me $1 and on ebay you never paid. This is the internet and what you do on one site shows what kind of person you truly are.

I tried contacting you multiple times but then you decided you wanted to leave me some feedback on ebay. So you brought this all on yourself right there.
As to the two names
on ebay your Marc James email address kemarhall@hotmail.com
on maxima.org your Hall Kemar email address kemarhall@gmail.com

hmmm...Marc James is my brother.Would you like his number to verify this? I'll be glad to have him give you his social security number.I'm not here to poke fun at you at all. You brought this onto yourself. I didn't pay for a product now im a bad guy? As I said before, my feedback rating on ebay and .org speak for itself.

Also, I never knew it was a crime for me Kemar Hall, to use my brothers name (marc james)/business partners, paypal account for transactions...If thats a crime, fry me now.

P.S. We share ebay accounts and live at 2 totally different addresses...So when you click to request "contact info" who ever used the account last, information will pop up..Im just letting you know now, just incase u run into someone who also does the same thing.

Do you think its right to win a bid and not pay no matter what the problem is?

All you are doing is Fu*king the seller and not giving another buyer the chance to get the item thats up for bid.

I am surprised you haven't been kicked off ebay yet.

fanaticrockford, where you around during the TommyAli aka jdmmax scams? We haven't seen him in a while. Then suddenly this thing pops up. Makes you wonder. Maybe I should say what some of the orgers did to this guy when they caught up to him later down the line after screwing more orgers.

Yes i have been around the org for a while now. After many name changes i didn't know it was him and bought a pair of 97-99 headlamps from him.I actually got them but they were damaged more then he said they were and missing the brackets for them. He took pictures of them and there were brackets but when i got them there wernt.I realized it was him because the package came from punta gordo,FL and the last name was ali.
O-well They made greatheadlights for my drag car. What did end up happening to him? Hopefully he won't return.

A private investigator got involved, showed up at his home (turns out he lives with his mom). His mom got stuck paying people he owned. Not sure what the exact repercussion was if they skip out from paying but I'm sure that legal action can be taken against them.

Lesson learned, if anyone thinks they can get away scamming people online....guess again. This is the least that could happen to that person, on the other hand things can possibly turn very bad for that same individual.

Yes and then go back and read ebay terms of service, you made a binding commitment to buy and then backed out. What is so hard to understand about that?

Why would you even want to scam people online? Thats a federal offense!

D-Bo:
I told him, I'll pay his ebay fee..It's crazy how an ebay transaction has made such a negative affect on .org..You maxima fanatics are really a family, I love this..I'd like to apologize to Fanatic for not paying for the product..I was wrong for not contacting you and leaving such a disrespectful feedback on your ebay account..Whats the ebay fee, so we can leave this to rest..

The ebay fee was reversed by ebay and i got a credit for it. I could honestly care less about the money thats not what this is about. It's about how you have handled yourself. No matter what you say or do this will be on your reputation around here along with the cf trunk for sale post. Also why does your signature still say fanatic crooks trying to degrade me? You don't think thats disrespectful?
You have honestly shown the org what kind of person you are.

Why would it matter? You should conduct yourself the same no matter what site you are selling/buying from.
