Solmia caliper covers

http://www.solmia.com/Gallery.htm

I saw this banner ad for Solmia "ECallipers" on at the top of this forum, has anyone else checked this out?

It looks pretty cool, a nice clean look. There aren't any prices on thier website right now. If anyone bought these, post a review on install, prices, etc.

I checked out or new sponsor as well. They do look very nice if you don't want to paint them.

ditto, theres a thread in another forum thats a bit longer than this and the majority seems to hate the idea. I myself hate it as well, why show off FAKE brakes?

I think my 300zx brakes look fabulous for about 1/3 the cost of any other BBK. 300ZX brakes can be done for $400 including Hawk HPS Pads and Stainless lines. Stillen 2 piston bbk is $950. Wilwoods BBK is around $1200. And they go up from there. Save ur pennies and go for the real thing!!!

I look at them too. Not my cup of tea. I will stick to my painted calipers thank you very much. Well lets see 20 bucks for paint or 115 bucks for magnets you do the math.

I wish they had magnetic covers for:..............

The Shimmy
The exhaust rattle
The rear parcel shelf rattle
The grinding 3rd gear
The rear subframe
The rotors
The lumbar switch.............

Otherwise they seem useless.
