Suspension problem? Right rear sitting lower

The suspension on my right rear wheel sits lower then the rest of the car. When I press down on the car there is very little rebound. I havn't been able to have a real good look at the problem yet (lack of money and time to fix it ) but everything "appears" to be intact (ie no broken spring). Is it possible my shock is siezed inside itself?

Oh and don't worry, the car is not on the road, and is not being driven in this condition

Thanks!

I've been driving my car with the drivers side rear lower then the passenger side for a little while now

I havent really had any problems exept when hitting bumps the car tends to rock side to side. I can especially feel it when the bumps are during a turn.... its not a fun thing when you're next to a big rig and hit a bump and pull slightly closer to it
