Hey guys,

I promised that I would take some pics of my car and post them. I only had my Macro Lense (this is for REALLY close up shots), on my camera so there isn't alot of info in each pic. Sorry. As for the mods, I have a stillen grill/bodykit, Arrelli 18" rims, and Custom two tone leather. The leather is matched to the smoke finish on the car. I have the car completly debaged. The only Nissan Emblem is under the hood/on the steering wheel.

mynameispee, I had them done at a local fab shop.... They did a stellar job. Fit and finish is better then stock. They are plush, and add a great look to the car... The rear seats are done in the same fashion. Next mod??? I love spoilers (rear roof spoiler is really wicked Dues), although I like the clean look it gives right now. I have a quick question for you guys: Would it be gay if I customized a Nissan emblem, then put it on the hood like a mercedes symbol? If you don't get what I mean then I will try to explain it again, it would sit upright perpendicular to the hood of the car, be chrome finished, in a circle that said MAXIMA or NISSAN or even NISMO in the middle.

Let me know if you think that would be too try-hardish.

I would do a test fit and take some pictures first, it's not up to us, but you. My personal opinion, No, however people have done some awesome unique mods that have made me eat my words (Opinion). Lets see what you got!!!

Over 2 years ago when most people where shaving there tails, I did this and still love it!!!

 

My .02....Steer clear of any add on emblem that sits upright on the hood. There are plenty of other unique things you can do to set your Max apart from the others. Heck..your already ahead of most of us with your body kit.

There are very few Max's that I get the luxury, (or that I even want to look at more than once), Cherns, Deus, TeK, Jsmith, and this gent's! (And few others, I forgot names).....and that is just the 6thers.

Call me nuts, I liked your upright logo idea, until I thought about some punk taking it off, much like they did on the 'Cedes'! I would, however like to see what you had in mind!

The symbol was just an idea... I had a 'Cedes, C240 (POS) as a demo car for a week while I was getting the work done on the max... My neighbor says to me, "where did you new mercedes go?" This was with the new Max in the driveway... I nissan isn't a status symbol, nor do I need one. This would be just to draw attention to the car itself. When a non car buff looks, he will see a big beautiful car that looks like a Mercedes emblem.... Only when he looks he will see it says Nissan. Although that hawk symbol that chern has is wicked cool. It kinda looks similar to a bently symbol. I was thinking alnong the lines of a hood orniment of some sorts. Just what... Just what....
