Hey, I'd like to do the same swap. My auto is sound & tight, and the prior owner had performed the shift mod. However, I prefer the 5-speed. What all would be required to perform the swap. I know I'd likely need the 5-sp crossover brace, and the f/r motor mounts for the 5-sp. plus, the shifter, any linkage/cables, the finisher panles for the interior, and possibly a new starter...

is there anything else that would need to be swapped, such as the ECM, or anything?

The car is a GXE wagon, with 220k miles...

The real swap I'd like to do would be to drop in one of the DOHC VG30's from a 94, with the timing chain, alsong with a 5-speed. but that would be a nightmare for a DIY with limited time / experience.
