what's the best brake upgrade?

I'm doing a brake upgrade and will be geting 4 new rotors and pads. I'm willing to spend around 600 on parts. so what do you guys recommend?

I've searched and most people lean towards Powersolt rotor and Hawk pads.Is that the best?

my major concern is the noise. I want something that is noise-free and has great stopping power.
and one more question, are all the rotors I see ( Brembo, Powersolt) the same size as stock? and can I get bigger rotors (not BBK)

thanks,

so, no BBK, but you want bigger rotors, and 4 piston calipers? get 300zx calipers and 300zx rotors, or use stock brembo's or powerslots with the calipers... why not do the bbk though, its so worth it and you can do it for 600....

page 4 i have my bbk set up, all in all cost be about 550

+1 on hawk pads BTW

Bigger rotors with stock calipers, I dont even think that would work. If you want bigger rotors, your going to have to go the BBK way. If you just want to get new rotors then pads, then Get brembo Blanks with Hawk perfomance, or Axxis.
