springs to pair with illuminas

springs to pair with illuminas

just wondering what would be a good spring to pair with illuminas and not have a bouncy ride? also if it was you would you get illuminas and springs or get ksport coilovers? looks like illumina come with lifetime warranty while ksports only come with a 1yr warranty. planning to keep the car till wheels fall off.

Illuminas/Progress together will give a 1.7 F - 1.5 R drop.
Those are the two that I'm going to istall.
They both have a lifetime warranty, & the Progress is firm not bouncy, but a nice ride.

every time i hear about illuminas there always paired with H&R springs. They say its the best ride quality.

When I drove MaxRB8's car before he switch to 5th gen the Eibach/Illuminas felt really good. I'd give it a slight edge in ride comfort over my CMS(aka Springtech)/Konis.

How does progress compare as far as comfort?

I'm riding on H&R Sports and Illuminas. Ride is a bit on the harsh side when going over railroad tracks, potholes, and things like that, but it has a very nice firm feeling to them.

Progess will ride slightly harsher than the H&R's but really not that bad. I loved them when i had them - best combo for performance and quality ride IMO.

Well, I have the whole Tokico Illumina suspension kit that comes with tokico springs+struts. Great combo. Not as low as Progress but I love it. It is lower than H&R and H-techs
