Need help locating 02 sensors.

The other day i saw my engine light turn on while i was driving so since i was near autozone i decided to let them read it then. It figures that it couldnt be just 1 code it had to be 2 of them. well these are the 2 that decided to **** me off. PO139, P1147 and to think having 34xxx miles was a good thing. Can any1 help me find where their located. Maybe even a diagram. THX guys

sensor2 bank 2 and sensor1 bank2 ( high and low voltage threshold) sound about right? these 2 are located near the pre-cat. Q: do you have a y-pipe on your car and are you Cali spec emissions?
