Ok i purchased a 99 sel, it came with only 1 keyand no remote, so i used a exsisting remote from my 98 GXE and programed it and it worked fine. I do have 2 remotes that were off the same gxe, the salvage place has my other remote, will the other remote lock/unlock (one at salvage yard) the 99 sel without re-programming or whatever.

 

You'll have to reprogram it, they both have to be done at the same time.

 

shouldent the 2 remotes have the same codes? there from the same car i thought that the car was reprogramed, or is it the keys..... whatever im lost ill just reprogram or whatever.
