Private Party Sale Price Suggestions

I don't know how many of you have sold a Maxima in the past, but I'm curious what is a reasonable Private Party price. Kelly Blue Book quotes it at roughly $5500. Here are the specs:

1996 Maxima GLE
6 cyl. AUTOMATIC
120,000 Miles
Premium BOSE System with 6-CD Changer
Leather
Power Sun Roof
Spoiler
Dual Power Seats and Heated
Dual Front Airbags
18 inch KONIG wheels
235/45 Yokohama tires
Overall Condition: Very Good
No dents, very few scratches.
No Cuts in Leather

In last 6 months:
Replaced all Four brake calipers and rotors.
Front End shocks and axle replaced.

Thanks for your input.

get some stock wheels put in and sell your wheels separate, also you could pull out the CD changer and sell that separate too and if someone asks about it tell them it didn't have it when you bought it but you know someone who's selling one if they are interested That way you could lower the price (which a private party probably won't give you for a car with 120k on it).

Price seems a bit high, I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant ES for my brother with 55k on it for less than that, it runs excellent only thing wrong with it is that it was pelted by hail but my brother can get that fixed for 300 if he wants.

Price for a MAX with 120K is around the 4K area but you can ask five but if they give you 4.5K take it.
