how can repair the instument cluster for 1989 maxima?

And i will appreciate some guides to repair it. The dash is dark somedays. Just left temp and fuel gauge is lighting still, the others dark.

If you just want to make the gauges brighter (nothing else), just go buy some 168 bulbs from a near by auto parts store.
Remove the stock 194 bulbs from the instrument cluster, transfer the light diffuser that covers the bulb to the new 168 bulbs, you're good to go.
It will cost you less than $5.
Of course, you can go LEDs also.
