OK,
What's the difference between the two.
At the wheel hp?
0-60?
1/4 mile?
1 mile?
What is the proper way to shift your automatic? Do you keep it floored as you shift, or do you let up the gas?
Can any good tranny shop due vb?
I have heard mixed comments about under drive pulleys is it worth the cash? Does it kill your electrical output?
Any solid hp gains?

Stock autos have dyno'd between 165 and 175 hp.
Stock 5 sps have dyno'd between 180 and 190 hp.
0-60
5 speed: 6.7
auto: mags say high 7's, but I think it is probably more like mid-7's
1/4 mile
5 speed: high 14's to low 15's
auto: mid 15's
Shifting auto:
Keep it floored if you shift by hand. Shift at 6000 rpm so as to not hit rev limiter.
I don't think any tranny shop will be able to do the VB mod. Even so, I think it would be more expensive than what Don charges. Level10 charges like $700 or so?
A UDP is probably worth it. A few guys here have it and have had no problems with electrical output, etc.. I think it is worthwhile....probably my next power mod

Gee...ya think it could be that alternator pulley???

You should be okay with pulleys, or a UDP kit as long as you don't have a massive stereo system in your car. Most cars have sufficient excess electrical generation capabilities to shave off a bit of that in exchange for some more go-power

HP gains would be Max-specific so I'm not knowledgeable enough to comment on that, but you should get some decent gains. Accord V6'ers get about 10whp just from the AEM alternator and p/s pulley just for comparison, but I don't think we have a UDP kit available for our Accord V6's for a more direct comparison.

I'll looking at the UDP as well, it looks interesting and I don't power much in the car except for what runs it.
